Health Enquiries

The NSW Government has created a website that provides the latest news and updates on COVID-19: https://www.nsw.gov.au/covid-19

The Federal Government also has a collection of resources for the general public and industry about COVID-19: https://www.health.gov.au/resources/collections/novel-coronavirus-2019-ncov-resources

If you suspect you or a family member has coronavirus you should call (not visit) your GP or ring the national Coronavirus Health Information Hotline on 1800 020 080.

Information and Assistance for Renters

The Tenants Union provide one-on-one assistance for renters facing evictions, needing to negotiate rent reductions and other tenancy issues: https://www.tenants.org.au/blog/renting-and-covid-19-information

Drivers License Renewals for Older Australians

If you're aged 75 years and older and/or you're a low-risk driver you can request an extension by calling the Licence Review Unit (LRU) on 6604 9301 between 8am and 7pm Monday to Friday: https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/covid-19/changes-transactions-due-covid-19

Prescription Home Delivery

Vulnerable people, and those in home isolation, are able to order their PBS and RPBS prescriptions remotely and have these items delivered to their homes to reduce their potential exposure to COVID-19: https://www.ppaonline.com.au/programs/covid-19-home-medicine-service
