Emergency Accommodation

Link2Home is a single statewide information and referral service to assist homeless people and those at risk of homelessness. Link2Home provides information, conducts assessments, as well as makes referrals to homelessness services across NSW.

Link2home is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year on 1800 152 152.

The service is for people who are homeless or who are worried they will become homeless, as well as for advocates acting on a person's behalf.

Counselling, Help and Support for Victims of Sexual Assault, Domestic and Family Violence

1800RESPECT is a confidential service available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The organisation provides support for:

  • People experiencing, or at risk of experiencing, sexual assault, domestic or family violence
  • Their friends and family
  • Workers and professionals supporting someone experiencing, or at risk of experiencing sexual assault, domestic or family violence

Reporting a Child at Risk

If you suspect, on reasonable grounds, that a child or young person is at risk of significant harm you should report your concerns to the Child Protection Helpline. Call 132 111.

Counselling for Children

Kids Help Line provides a free, confidential counselling service specifically for young people aged 5-25 years.

NSW Social Housing Hotline

Public housing tenants can report problems, request maintenance or make other inquiries about the tenancy at the Housing Contact Centre on 1800 422 322https://www.facs.nsw.gov.au/about/contact

Crisis Support and Suicide Prevention Services

Depression and Anxiety Support
